This design/build project consisted of renovations to an existing 8,000 SF building in downtown Aiken to serve as a worship center for Peace Lutheran Church.

The project required a complete interior demolition and remodel which included restrooms, classroom, warming kitchen, fellowship area, offices, daycare and sanctuary. The existing barrel roof truss system was exposed in the Sanctuary with new full glass windows, stained concrete floors, and chancel platform. The age of the structure and various structural components that existed required careful planning and innovative construction techniques to incorporate new finishes, technology and functionality to the facility.
