This Design/Build Project consisted of utilities and construction of a split block and metal standing seam roof pool pump house, the construction of a Shotcrete pool insert for the existing concrete pool with concrete decking and sidewalks, installation of new fencing and the expansion, cleaning, patching, paving, and striping of the parking lot including all drainage, all demolition and all site work, including grassing and landscaping.
