James Nathan Stewart
James Nathan Stewart began working for Stewart Builders at the age of 15 during the summer months. During that time he learned the physical requirements and the details of what it takes to produce quality work in the field. He has always been interested in building and working with his hands. Nathan has a unique ability to solve problems in the field and in the office and has proven this on countless projects for Stewart Builders. Nathan has worked in several positions for Stewart Builders including laborer, carpenter helper, assistant superintendent, and project manager. Nathan received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and Marketing from Lander University in 2006. He began working as a Project Manager in 2005 and has successfully completed over $12 million worth of commercial and industrial projects since then.Job duties as Project Manager include client relations, estimating, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.

Joshua E. Stewart, PE
Joshua E. Stewart, PE received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clemson University in 2003. He has been a Project Manager with J.E. Stewart Builders, Inc. since 2007. In 2008 he opened J.E. Stewart Engineering, Inc. and is the Principal and Engineer. Prior to this he was a Structural Engineer with Britt, Peters and Associates, Inc. in Charleston, SC. He holds a SE Level II Professional Engineering License in the states of South Carolina, Georgia, and North Carolina. Josh is a member of many professional and community organizations including the Strucutral Engineers Association of South Carolina, the American Society of Civil Engineers, American Institute of Steel Construction, Rotary Club of Aiken, Aiken Chamber of Commerce, Friends of the Aiken Railroad Depot Board and Aiken Technical College Foundation Board.
