Description of project:
This Design/Build project consisted of the renovations and additions to an existing 10,000 sf building located in the Town of Edgefield, SC. Work included wall framing for office, breakroom, restrooms, and stock room. New electrical, plumbing, hvac duct, polished concrete floors, cabinets, countertops, exterior site improvements, and fencing. Design coordination with Ace Corp. was well executed and resulted in a smooth fixture installation process for the owner and vendors.
