Description of project:
This project consisted of renovations to an existing 19,000 sf building formerly occupied by a retail business. Renovations included new plumbing, hvac and electrical upgrades in addition to wall framing, acoustical ceilings, all new finishes, commercial catering kitchen, and parking lot improvements. This was a design/build project which required working closely with the client through planning, design, and construction to meet the unique needs of this organization. The new facility accommodates the three major functions of ASLS which are Dining, Recreation/Wellness, and Transportation for area Seniors and those in need.
