Gregg Park Cromwell Building & Bathhouse

Description:
This was a Design/Build project which consisted of renovations to two original stone veneer structures at Gregg Park known as the Cromwell Building and the Bathhouse. Work included improving the architectural appearance of the buildings by adding pre-engineered roof trusses to create a shingle roof with large overhangs and decorative cedar brackets. Other improvements included all new aluminum storefront windows and doors, interior finishes, commercial/instructional kitchen, electrical service upgrades, mini-split HVAC systems, and other improvements.
