This project consisted of mostly cosmetic renovations to an existing facility. Work included replacement & repairs to hvac, lighting, hardwood flooring refinish, painting, construction of new handicap staff restrooms, toilet partitions, parking lot improvements, and exterior painting. This building was once known as “Teen Town” which was a local social hall which has historical and sentimental value to the local community.nts.
