Talatha Baptist Church Sanctuary

Description:
This project consisted of the new construction of a 6,750 sf Sanctuary for Talatha Baptist Church. The new building is constructed of a structural steel sub-structure with wood framing and pre-engineered roof trusses. The foundation is a concrete slab with footings & piers for the steel structure. The new building was also tied into the existing sanctuary building seamlessly.

Other key features of this project include the coordination and installation of baptistry equipment, steeple, pews, and sound system. The building is equipped with an automatic sprinkler system and fire alarm. This project was negotiated and built during the height of the covid-19 pandemic and was delivered under budget!
