This project was completed in May 2019.

This project is a new construction of a 13,000 square foot community building located in downtown Aiken. The building consists of a large entry lobby with 14’ ceilings, meeting rooms with operable partitions, restrooms, computer room, offices, auxiliary meeting room, exterior restrooms, covered entry, back patio, prep kitchen and storage. Work consisted of site environmental abatement, custom structural steel framing, structural wall framing, drywall, LVT & carpet tile flooring, spray foam insulation, acoustical ceilings, plastic laminate casework, exterior painting, fire sprinkler system, aluminum storefront framing & glass, HVAC, plumbing, data/IT networking and electrical.
