Description:
Project scope included renovations and additions to an existing building located in downtown Aiken. Structural modifications were made to open up the interior layout and storefront glass walls were utilized to allow natural light throughout the interior. A teller vault constructed of concrete block walls was added to house the new ATM, night deposit box, and incorporate the new drive thru. The project also included improvements to the entire site including grading, storm drainage, asphalt paving, and landscaping.
