Description:
This project consisted of renovations to an existing SCDC Pre-release center into new administrative offices for Aiken County Buildings & Grounds. Work included the total demolition and reconstruction of interior finishes, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, windows/doors, ceilings, and other components. This project was particularly challenging due to the presence of concrete ceilings, partitions, and other construction materials commonly used in incarceration facilities. This project also included features such as locker room, shower, access controls, security & camera systems.
