Description:
Project scope included renovations to an existing building located near downtown Aiken. Structural modifications were made to the interior as a way to create a layout more conducive to an office setting. Storefront glass walls were utilized to allow natural light to flow throughout the interior. The conference room ceiling was modified to exhibit a raised tray feature with backlighting to create a more open space. This project required a full update to all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
