Description:
This project was completed in two phases which allowed library services to continue through construction. The former children’s area was renovated into an expansive meeting room, while the fully transformed main space now offers an upgraded and engaging children’s area, teen lounge, study rooms, computer stations, sufficient employee workspaces and breakroom, as well as a new ADA restroom. The scope of work included adding interior glass walls, replacing and tinting exterior glass panes where required, wall framing, drywall, paint, wallpaper, acoustical wall and ceiling tiles, carpet, LVT and epoxy flooring, doors and hardware, cabinetry, solid surface countertops, and upgrades to HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
